RestartMalta.com is a travel portal with news, information, reviews, photos and videos about Malta, designed to introduce you the Maltese Islands. The information on the site is for information purposes only, please check with the current information before traveling and using the services.
The portal, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, is a system developed and operated by the operator of Restartmalta.com (hereinafter referred to as the System). The user of the system is everyone who uses the pages belonging to the domain restartmalta.com and its services (hereinafter User).
These Terms of Use apply to your use of RestartMalta.com and your use of the services offered on RestartMalta.com. Any of the services offered on RestartMalta.com may only be used with acceptance and adherence to these terms of use. These provisions shall apply after 1 May 2021.
The portal is not responsible for the information, data, offers, company descriptions and their content published on the site. Before booking a program or accommodation, please always ask the service partner about the current prices, promotions and discounts.

The Service Provider excludes its liability for any damage caused to the User in connection with any service provided by its Partners.
The above conditions of use are governed by the provisions of Hungarian law. If, in the event of a dispute, the parties cannot reach an amicable settlement, they shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Court.
